Who takes my payment?+
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice, and any sales tax or VAT due in your country.
Can I change plan later?+
Yes — open Manage billing from the billing page in the app. Upgrades, downgrades, card changes, invoices and cancellation all happen there, and Paddle prorates a change against what you have already paid.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes, on monthly plans: 7 days free for a new site, with trial-sized allowances whichever plan you pick. A card is required, and we email you two days before the first charge. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Yearly plans have no trial.
Do you offer refunds?+
No. The 7-day trial on monthly plans is how you try it before you pay, and every visibility check, article and audit is paid for at the search and AI providers the moment it runs. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel a purchase, that right still applies, and a billing mistake is always refunded. See the Refund Policy.
What is an AI visibility check?+
One buyer question asked of one AI assistant, once. Re-checking 30 questions every week on all five assistants uses about 650 checks a month. Counting the check rather than the question is what lets you choose between more questions, more assistants, or more runs by hand.
Do unused allowances roll over?+
No. Each allowance counts what you used in the last 30 days, so whatever you used a month ago is free to use again.
What happens when I reach a limit?+
That one thing pauses, and the billing page shows what you have used. Going over a limit never costs extra: there are no overage charges. You can move up a plan at any time.
Can more than one person log in?+
Not yet. Each account is one login. Plans are priced by the number of clients you run, never by the number of people.
