Talk to the person who built it

RankThroughAI is a small operation, so there is no support tier and no queue to be escalated through. A message sent here is read by someone who can change the product, and answered from the address you write from.

Support

A question about the product, something that is not working, or help getting your site connected. This is the one to use if you are not sure.

Privacy

A request to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and anything else covered by the Privacy Policy.

Legal

Terms, billing disputes, and anything a contract or a refund claim depends on.

Buying for a team?

Custom limits, a workspace per brand and a named contact are agreed on a call rather than picked from a page.

Send a message

This reaches the same inbox as support@rankthroughai.com. You do not need an account to use it.

We use your address to reply to you and nothing else.

Before you write

Two things answer most of what arrives here. If your question is what the product does and what each plan includes, the pricing page lists every limit against the plan it belongs to. If it is whether AI assistants name your brand today, the AI visibility tracker answers that faster than we can, because it runs the check on your own domain.

If you are writing about something that is not working, the most useful message names the page you were on and what you expected to see. That is usually enough to reproduce it without a second exchange. Screenshots help and are welcome as a reply to our first answer, because the form above takes text only.

If you are asking whether the product does something specific before you pay for it, say which one, and you will get a straight answer about whether it exists today, whether it is being built, or whether it is not planned. A page that describes something not yet built already says so on the page itself, so nothing you were sold on is waiting behind a support reply.

What happens to your message

A message sent through the form is stored so it cannot be lost to a failed email, and it is read by a person. The address you give is used to reply to you and for nothing else: no list, no newsletter, and no third party. If you would rather it were deleted once we have answered, say so in the message and it will be.

The full account of what we hold and how long we hold it is in the Privacy Policy, which also lists every company that processes data on our behalf.
